Worst possible move in experience. Was supposed to move in on May 17th, but when I showed up, the room wasn’t ready because they lost my application and lease. To this day, they have not answered any questions about the WiFi or cable. My final straw was when the office originally told my roommate & I that the third room would be vacant, but just told me when dealing with a maintenance issue that someone is moving in tomorrow morning! Terrible appliances as well. Rude and unprofessional office staff.

Lost my rental application and lease, promised my roommate that they would reserve my spot in our unit until I sent in ANOTHER application (and pay the fee again), promptly moved someone else into my spot without contacting me or my roommates, refused to relocate this tenant but would not give us a reason, promised me to find me a new place to live by the end of Tuesday but then dodged my calls consistently for 8.5 hours, then promised me to find me somewhere to live by noon yesterday and again dodged my calls and ignored me... read more
I have lived at the Commons on Bridge this past year and intend on living at a different Commons complex in the upcoming year. Initially, I chose the Commons on Bridge because of strong sense of community between the staff and residents.With the accessible facilities, amenities, and events, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living within The Commons community.
