Their landscapers are completely indifferent to residents property. They will sand blast your car with a leaf blower and laugh about it. Just say them drop a large branch on a neighbors car. Any little patio items get leaf blown all over, the most recently today intentionally blew dirt and debris into our open windows ~ yup had to dust and clean the whole first floor. Not sure what people are talking about but I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. When something breaks, microwave, washer dryer, it was replaced that day within hours of me letting them know. The maintenance guys are nice even my 5yr old enjoys when they come in. I’ve been there almost 2yrs and have no complaints.
Andy should be fired. He is the super he should be fired. He is not a nice person to myself or my son and he always comes into my apartment with a gas mask
