Maintenance issues taking care of within a couple hours of putting in request
The maintenance men are Good. Always on call and get the job done.
They have the best maintenance crew I’ve seen.
Yalllllllllll if you decide to go to UNCP, don't live here, they switch management every year, they don't follow policies, their maintenance can watch your dogs poop, but not fulfil maintenance request . I suggest you live somewhere else for real
Don't move here if you want to study/sleep in the comfort of your own room. The Commons is known by everyone for being too rowdy. Music is always blasting. Fights are always happening. And the staff couldn't care less if you complain. They don't care that many students cannot study or get any sleep, ever. They just want your money. The lack of support from the staff makes it well known that you can get away with anything here. I won't even get into the drugs that are openly advertised throughout the complex.
