Is anyone else having a problem with moving out on the 15th of July and management not prorating your rent on the account portal? Because I'm pretty sure that's illegal. But all in all, I'd say besides the people who leave their dog poo and trash everywhere and don't have leashes for their dogs, I'd say this place was reasonably priced and accommodating. Maitenance issues always got fixed in a timely manner. I didn't have any bug infestations etc. It's alright. But, I just wish management would be more upfront about the whol... read more

Sudden policy changes are an ineffective way of running a living community, especially when it affects a large portion of your residents. This apartment complex suddenly decided to ban an extensive list of dog breeds in the middle of the spring semester, after having accepted people’s money to allow dogs of these “banned” breeds to live here. There is clearly a lack of administrative skill here.
This place is a disgrace. They only care about money, they do not care about you at all. Do not come here if you care about your education. They have noisy people, fights, parties, being roomed with a baby, dog poop everywhere, smell of weed everywhere, thin walls, and drug dealing. If you like everything I listed, this is the place for you. (Update —>) you will also hear fireworks, if those noises are fireworks.
