not perfect, but doing good for vegas since i moved to vegas, i've switched residences about 10 times. three of those times were within this apartment complex. it's not perfect, but it's a better deal and better quality of life than a the neighboring apartment complexes. the staff are always friendly and determined to solve any problems as soon as possible. the gate can be a pain, but the office can replace broken key cards. there was some trouble a few years back with an idiotic group of tweens who went on a week long tire ... read more
tHE WORST PLACT TO LIVE!!! HOORIBLE!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. Not Good I would not recommend this place to anyone. The appliances are ALL inferior. The stove, the dishwasher, the refridgerator, the air conditioner, water heater, have all needed a service call. Also, after one heavy rain, the roof leaked and it ruined some of my stuff. The manager took many weeks to fix it. He claimed the roofers failed to show up several times. Horrible! I was so excited to move here because the outside looks beautiful and it seemed like they had alot to offer. I had horrible upstairs neighbors and the office refused to do anything. The spa never worked. They also charged me for everything under the sun when I moved out of there. Everything from taking out a bag of trash to cleaning the oven. Isn't that what a cleaning deposit is for?
Great Complex and Great Staff I lived in Camden Commons for about 19 months - first in a one bedroom and later in a two bedroom. The entire time I lived there the staff was polite and helpful. The apartments were equal to or better than other apartments in the same area and price range I'd lived in and were in general acceptable but not perfect. The complex was mostly quiet and friendly. UNBELIVABLY BAD (2011) This place is here for one thing COMISSION. That is it. The appliances are from the stone age. Every week I would have to call to get something fix/replaced. The gate they have works less than half the time. And when someone tries to get in uising their pin pad theres no dial tone on it. My holidays were reuined cause I could not get my family /friends in and out of this complex due to the gate and pin pad issues. They charge you for water, sewer, trash and cable t.v. they WILL come for your$$$ All I can say is this place is a joke. The front gate was constantly broken and I had to have my key card re done 6 times. They assigned me the incorrect parking spot and my neighbor left me a nice note the 2nd day we were there. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE BEWARE OF YOUR DEPOSITS..TAKE PICS OF EVERYTHING AND WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME NOW 262.99 FOR REPLACING 1 PIECE OF VYNIL IN THE KITCHEN THAT THEY BROKE MOVING MY FRIDGE. NOT SURE HOW THEY GOT $263 FOR 1 PIECE OF VINYL.... read more
