This place don't care about their guests. They let people do whatever they want, teens can rent and stay up til 4am drinking and yelling and they will do nothing. Worst place to go. I'll never be back. No fridge no tubs. It's a trashy hotel
Paid over 600 dollars for two rooms. Shower doesn't drain in one, toilet doesn't flush in the other. One of the doors doesn't latch, so safety is a serious concern, and phones don't work. Don't bother calling on your cell phone, they won't answer at the front desk.
Their machine wasn't taking credit cards when we checked in, which last I checked, wasn't my fault.. they harassed us and bullied us to pay right away with another form of payment or they would call the police.. only ended up staying one night due to harassment and being treated like a criminal. Horrible customer service, very rude people, and the manager is never available! Still fighting credit card charges 3 months later!
Old looking and smelling. Only a few channels come in on the tv, there is no tv channel guide. Called and maintenance came checked tv. Said it was a box up front he would have to adjust.... still no decent channels to watch and never heard back. Won’t stay here again
Nastiest place I have ever stayed at! Dead and live bugs everywhere, mashed bugs on the wall, blood on the bedspread bed was like a trampoline. Totally different that the pictures shown.
fix the broken tiles in the pool so no one else's kid cuts their hand and has to go to E.R and have 7stiches put in. then when someone asks to speak to the manager don't refuse to call the manager just bc you think she would not come back to the hotel to speak with me. that's my huge complaint. my other complaints include but are not limited to the elevator not working and the A.C filter being extremely dirty and my daughter Is allergic to dust! the paint peeling off the walls and the floor feels wet even though it has no re... read more
WiFi only worked sitting on balcony. No phone service, cable didn’t work, when Tv did work there was too much static and picture was snowy, no do not disturb sign available, rooms were dirty and room was either freezing or heat came on. While staff was friendly, motel is very outdated and poor up keep.
We have to rooms here and both rooms have mold in them! My mom has been so sick can’t even enjoy vacation! We will be getting s lawyer after this go around!! Went upfront to ask for a manager and was given an email and told they can’t contact her! They also said they have no idea when she will be here! We are from Oklahoma so now have nowhere to go at this point! Both of us paid 500 each! Do not stay here
