Got a double bed room. Beds where a little small, pool was nice, it looks as if it hasn't changed since the 1960's. Parking is tight, having a disabled daughter and using the slow as a sloth elevator was bad. For the price and the ocean view with the big pool it was ok, worth the price.
Needs better parking. Never got to get in the pool to many kids. Need pool time for adults

Beautiful view. Beds are great! The only thing they need to change is allowing kids to have pool toys, flotation devices in pool area. The pool is awesome!
This is a unique older hotel with amazing ocean view. Close to shops and great food places.
Service was friendly but the housekeeping could step it up a notch. There was pee running down the outside of the toilet, someone else's hair entwined in the bath towels, and other areas where there was nasty that could have easily been cleaned up but wasn't. Other than the ugly comforter, the bed was decently clean. AC was a bit sketchy. We turned it down to 65 to get it cool, any higher and I think the heat would turn over (even tho still on AC). RecommendedI am not sure what went wrong with the guests stay (s) from the comments below, but EVERYTHING about our 2 night stay was Fantastic and "worthy" of this testimonial. The staff was extremely accommodating to my wife's allergies and ALL of our requests, the room was clean and lovely, and in my humble opinion, the best value for accommodations on the beach!
First time staying in this hotel. The staff and maids were extremely nice. I would definitely be coming back. Our room and other areas of the hotel were real clean. Loved my stay.
