OVERPRICED and not worth it. Advertises amenities on website that aren’t provided. Lots of roaches. I’ll post pics soon. Rip off.
*Renovations* I lived at the commodore for about 8months. The building has being in renovation mode since day one. Prior to moving in, I was told that everything would be finished within 3 months. At the time, there was no gym, outdoor seating area and laundry. It took way over 3 months for it to feel comfortable. Moving can be very stressful and so I decided to stay on in hopes that the building would be up to par sooner rather than later. Also because the location was pretty convenient.
