We visited the one on Frankfort Ave. tonight and Addison was great! She went above and beyond. We had a gift certificate that was expired by two weeks and she called management, who honored it with no problem. The service and the food was exceptional. Worth coming back again and again!
The Comfy Cow has some of the best variety tasting ice cream ever. I have only been able to locate this in Louisville Kentucky.
This place is wonderful. We came late night as we were visiting Louisville for a trip and came across this place. The decor is so neat and the ice cream is so great! I will be back for sure next time I visit again!
Best milkshakes in the World!! My family may actually have a bit of a "problem". That being said, a GIGANTIC thank you to Taylor at the UofL location for taking my suggestion for using rewards points on milkshakes. The BEST is even better when I get to use some of the ridiculous amount of points we have accumulated. Next, I just have to get them to name my trademark shake after me
Best ice cream in town!
In Louisville visiting for the weekend, and stopped at this cute and inviting old-fashioned ice cream parlor. Awesome atmosphere and super friendly staff providing great service. I asked for something not on the menu, and they were very accommodating. The ice cream choices were numerous and delicious. I would recommend stopping by if you're in the area. It's worth the trip!
