Totally unimpressed heavy ice cream that tasted like somebody bought it at a dollar store and very rude customer service
I regret to inform that I will not be purchasing ice cream here anymore due to the recent recipe change of my favorite flavor, dulce de leche. I wish you wouldn't have changed it, it was perfect the way it was and the only flavor I came in for due to frequent cravings.
Terrible and rude service at the Highlands location. My boyfriend wanted cookie dough ice cream and the employee who made it had no idea what she was doing and served him pretty much a shake in a waffle cone. I went back to the register and stood to ask for an exchange. I was looked at and ignored by THREE young female employees. One even was working the registers, looked at me about three times, grabbed the tip jar and went to the back room. I finally had to just ask for help and the fill-in manager refunded my money.
