Just went to Comfy Cow, google says open until 11PM. We get there, lights are off and girl is sweeping. We call, she doesn't answer, and voicemail says open till 11PM. #poorcustomerservice #falseadvertisement #coldstoneonmyway

In the store right now and I love your icecream I had the "Cookie Monster dough" and it was amazing better then any other ice cream joint I have been to.
I went in to buy a pint of Cookie Monster dough and I told the girl behind the counter what I wanted and she said is there any already pre-made in the cooler. I looked and well the outside packaging said it was cookie dough but the inside was actually salted caramel.
The comfy cow is by far, the best ice cream shop around town. Well, my daughter thinks so and her opinions mean the most to me. She loves this place, the icecream, the bathroom (lol yes), and the couches. It's her favorite treat stop.
I don't get what's going on with Comfy Cow, the inconsistency of the product is beyond belief.... And here you're getting written up with glowing reports in magazines!! I've been a long time customer, but I'm finished!
Just walked out without ice cream for myself and 4 kids. We unknowingly were standing at the wrong end of the line and one of the girls behind the counter rudely informed me then proceeded to roll her eyes at us! Don't think I'll be back if this is how paying customers are treated!
Nothing is comfier than comfy cow. Best ice cream i've had.
