I have two gift cards equaling $50 that they will not honor. No real explanation why. I have the activation receipt from Kroger, there is no expiration date. I was given the email of the manager but never got a response. This is bad business.

Great ice cream and service
Very disappointed in the Westport Road location, I stopped in July 4th and the store was short on help and not stocked very well. The store was not very clean and needed a update 😢
I ordered ice cream sandwiches to deliver by Uber Eats for a friend’s birthday and was so pleased with the Comfy Cow! The order was packaged so nicely with a perfect birthday note. The recipient loved the ice cream sandwiches! Highly recommend!
