DO NOT LIVE HERE. These people do not care. My family was placed over a guy with a recording studio and he would keep us up sometimes until 4:30 in the morning rattling our apartment with is sub-woofers. We've called the sheriff at least 13 times, and we are not getting any help. These people at the Columns at Cypress Point DO NOT CARE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. They won't let us out of the lease - they demand $2,100 to be let out. We are so sleep deprived and we are suffering.
