Awful employees, especially the assistant manager. They are unable to treat residents effectively and with respect.

Unbelievable was supposed to move here paid the application fee and it was processed and put 300 down. Then get bad news that my wife is being transferred out of state. Thank god we didn’t sign our lease. But now they won’t even refund our $300 because they say that you have 42 hours and they already processed our application. Never in our conversation did they even advise us of this. Ask me I think it’s totally BS !!! Be aware people
