They ruined my root color! I started to go monthly to dye my grey hairs and they’ve done an okay job until recently. The last time I went they completely ruined my color. Apparently they ran out of my color and put in a different color on my roots. The results were a noticeably orange color/hue on my roots that completely throws off my brown/blonde ombré hair. I have to tell you that this place was a miracle for me today. I had my hair done at Gramercy Hair Salon which I have been going to for 6 years thinking they were the best. They were actually horrible and honestly very unprofessional when one of the hair dressers made my hair black instead of brown.
