I was a new patient and wanted to get a quick cleaning because it was near my work and they could get me in fast. I was told it was $150 for exam and cleaning. Sounds good. When I arrived they had me pay ASAP even before I sat down in the waiting room which seemed a little strange. But since I am cash pay I didn't mind. As a new patient, I was told I had level 4–5 gum disease, needed scaling instead of a routine cleaning, three fillings, and a crown replacement, and a $852 mouth gaurd. I visited Dr. Sohee Kim’s office for the first time, and it was a great experience. All of the staff were very friendly, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The dental hygienist clearly explained what she was going to do and how long each step would take, which made me feel very comfortable. Had a great experience this week. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and accommodating. The new patient process was simple. Dr Kim performed a root canal and made a new crown for me on-site! No temporary or long wait. It matches my teeth and bite is perfect. Dr Kim’s skill and knowledge is exceptional, and I am happy to be a new patient of her practice!
