Neighbors are loud, the lesing office doesnt care. I work 7 to 4 and ive been late becaue i cant sleep. Im going to start calling the police because i cant even all courtesy patrol because they dont answer their calls. There arent any cameras in the elevators. Packages have been stolen from right in front of my door. I emailed the incompetent leasing mgr who didnt even have the decency to respond. Great job picking incompetence to lead your new establishment LMC. #cheapLabor #poorReputation

My husband, our cat Kiara, and I love the Colony. The apartment is super nice, clean and modern. I love being the first occupant in the unit. On the second day of living here, I needed to print important documents. I went to the futuristic, shared office space and it was heaven. I got free Starbucks coffee, free wifi, and only paid ten cents per black and white copies. The office staff helped me scan the documents. Something really bad is going to happen in these units some day if cameras aren't installed in the hallways and in the stairwells. There are have random door knocking throughout the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. And no one seems to know who it is. This has been brought to management a number of times but nothing has been done. Having a security guard walking around once every 3 hours does nothing for our security. Cameras !!!!! We need more security.
