All the staff here was super helpful every time I called with questions before coming to see the apartment. When I came, Josh was met us for the tour and answered all my questions about applying. He stayed in contact and was very prompt in answering all my questions. He always made sure I felt comfortable to ask about anything I had questions or concerns about. They allowed me to move in one day early, and the apartment was very clean when I arrived. The building in general has been clean and very nice.

If you’re considering moving in PLEASE READ !!! I lived there for roughly two years. Upstair neighbors were so loud. Always slamming doors causing my wall frames to fall. Smoking cigarettes and throwing the buds into my patio. Asked leasing Staff regarding some of those issues. One of them gave me three options; 1. Brake my lease and move out 2. There is a rat infestation. I reported it but never received a response. Also, our cars got egged. No idea who did it or why. Management did not reimburse us for car wash. There is always dog poop in the hallway and dog pee in the elevator. No one cleans up their dog feces. Besides the property manager, no one else on staff Has ever returned any of my emails ever. The amenities are incredible!
I moved in during the new years season. So I understand their service couldn't be quick. Ppl who work here are very kind and willing to help. It just looks the communication between the maintenance is not fast. I wish they had more installed lights available inside apt. Parking lot is a little uncomfortable because i have to use stairs to get to the floor and it's harder with a heavy things like water bottles.
Had to get out as soon as my lease was done, neighbor upstairs would make noise at 3am everyday. I talked to the office many times but they never cared. Walls are paper thin.
