Wonderful new lobby and common area renovation. Best pool in DC with long season and perfect heated temps. Kind and professional door and desk staff. While it feels remote it is a short walk to the National Cathedral and the Wisconsin Ave stores and metro corridor.
I stopped here to meet with friends at their condominium. It was spacious and birhgt with high ceilings. The lobby was lovely and the concierge helpful and the gardens in front of the building are beautiful.
I visited my Uncle and Aunt when they in the Collinade. Lovely home. But no Metro nearby and the bus service to that area got reduced. So even if I could afford it I would NEVER live there, as there's no good public transit. I have my own car but driving is the worst and most stressful way to get around the city. It's in a weird transit "blind spot" to be avoided. Thus just 2 stars!
Very nice, high service condominium building with reception, outdoor pools, gym, parking, valet, outdoor grills, and gardens. Courteous staff. Pool has a longer season, going from April to October. Location next to national park land is very pretty. Great views from upper floors
