My husband and I had lunch here Wednesday, and the whole experience was amazing! I had the brisket burger based on Eat It and Like It's recommendation. The burger was delicious and the brioche bun was sublime! Oh my goodness! The atmosphere was simply lovely. I can't wait to go back!

I have yet to come in for brunch, but I can say that the coffee and tea at The Collins Quarter are amazing! Every time I have been wanting to stop in for a bite to eat, they've been packed. So, I've just gone to the window to order a drink. Fantastic!
We loved our visit EVERYONE there was very pleasant and informative. Coming from a area where Starbucks is considered the best....I must say "What was I thinking?" We shared the Espresso that was in 4 cups on a plank...Delish! Can not wait to visit again.
