While we were staying at the Ballastone Inn, we happened to wander into Collins Quarter and fell in love with it! ( we've been there every day since we found it) The food is wonderful (the Smashed Avocado is too die for)! The service was just as wonderful, we truly enjoyed every aspect and our waitress Maria was an absolute gem! We can't wait to come back to our favorite city and visit Collins again!
Absolutely the best dining experience in Savannah. Killer breakfast. A gem for lunch. Carefully prepared food at it's best. Attention to detail that is rare these days. Beautiful food.
We got the salmon eggs Benedict, the 8 ounce brisket burger, the smashed avocado toast, and the French toast with candied pecans! Our service was impeccable, the entrees were incredibly delicious and served in a reasonable time, and we all agreed it was one of the best burgers we've ever had! We look forward to our next visit and would recommend this local hotspot to anyone looking for quality food
This is one of my favorite spots in Savannah for brunch or to meet friends and colleagues for a coffee date. Great service, amazing coffee and food, and an overall 10!
Thank you for the two visits I made in the last week. The first time was after getting caught in a rain storm and ducked in for lunch. Loved the Smashed Avocado and the affogato as a desert. Second visit was for breakfast. Our server helped me pick out the perfect coffee. He also mentioned the chicken sausage was house-made so I opted for the Biscuits and Gravy. Win-Win!! Can't wait to come back on my next visit to Savannah!
I had some lunch here with a few auzzies, a few kiwis and a scot. The food was great and the coffee was just like home. Very friendly staff. The owner Anthony was very accommodating and welcoming. If you want to get your hands on some great coffee, food with great flavours and textures- here is where it's at!

My wife and I were walking through Savannah in a down pour. We came along this place to use the rest room, and avoid the rain for a bit.I found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. This was a very pleasant surprise. I'm very glad we stopped for a drink. Little things like this, made this traveling experience very memorable. Thank you!!!!
