It is so rare to find a genuinely delicious breakfast, but The Collins Quarter pulled it off with perfection. Excellent food, great environment, and impeccable service made this meal truly memorable. As a former expat in Western Australia, it also warmed my heart to hear it was Australian owned. :) ❤️ ��
First time here. Amazing food and love the environment. It was busy when we there for breakfast but service was great.
Staff members went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Dicore was perfect.
Absolutely brilliant. Had the Aussie Burger, and it was amazing. Haven't found anything like it since I left Sydney. Made me insanely happy for something as simple as a burger, but this one is quite possibly the best I've ever had!

My 1st time to Collins Quarter and the food is amazing! The Avocado Smash is insane. The service was wonderful! Thanks Hannah! We liked it so much we went back 3 days later. I had this smashing Brioche French Toast called Got Georgia in my Swine. It had bacon and peach compote with a little kick and ice cream. It was unreal! I also had a very good Flat white. I'll be visiting again the next trip!
Very busy, so the food was sloooow to arrive, but hot and delicious when it did! Drip coffee is $10 a cup, but the best I ever had.
The Collins Quarter was marketed heavily by locals and the Internet as a vegan friendly brunch restaurant-- and sadly the menu has been revamped. The only vegan option (after modification) is the watermelon salad; and that itself is the size of an appetizer. Wonderful Bloody Mary's and atmosphere... Just wasn't as advertised unfortunately.
