These folks take coffee SERIOUSLY. Even the standard house coffee is made with care and love. The hidden secret: they have great draft beer as well.
The Coffee Ethic is one of my favorite places in Springfield! Their drinks and food are always ALWAYS delicious and perfect. The energy in the space is perfect for both working (great for this self-employed person) and having good conversations with friends. The staff is always kind, down-to-earth, and happy to help. They also have partnered with me for local events and always go above and beyond to provide amazing drinks and service. I'm so thankful for Michelle and her team!
