the staff were very friendly and efficient. i asked for extra caramel in my iced latte and actually got extra caramel! i didn’t have to wait very long for my coffees which was good
Hmm, something wasn't the same as other coffee clubs. Maybe Melbourne is different, but the servings were tiny. Food was quite delicious however for what I paid I was expecting a lot more. Service was average at best and the atmosphere of the overall store was meh. Not somewhere I would come again, but worth a visit as it may have been an off morning. Don't expect to get much value for money though. And please don't use egg rings to cook your fried eggs 😵💫
The place changed the interior design and straight away raised the menu prices. Now they also have different prices for members and non-members, which feels unfair. Probably why new customers look at the prices and walk away. On top of that, the waitress was quite rude. Sadly, The Coffee Club is going downhill, and we won’t be coming back.
Awesome breakfast, used the table app to order, excellent service and coffee!
Got the wrong thing twice in a two day breakfast stay next door every morning. The staff are clueless and I don't mean to be nasty. They really are unaware & muddled. There's something wrong with their processes
