Got some fun for the coffee club
i ordered scrambled eggs on toast and an iced coffee, both were sub par with the toast being a thin overly buttered mess and the eggs weren’t warm or cooked with any real skill. the waitstaff didn’t know the table numbers, with them all wandering around aimlessly until they were pointed in the right direction. my 2 friends and i didn’t finish any of our meals. overall disappointing for a supposedly nice cafe.
Coffee club didn't accept the visa restaurant choice gift card. I asked the cashier first, she did not know, but said order for foods first, then took my points then pay by gift card, the result was: i have to pay my own money instead of gift card. Sad
Abysmal service. I ordered a Pepsis max strawberries and cream spider, got served a full sugar Pepsi spider and simply wanted it to be what I ordered and was refused a changed order and told I had to pay more money. The server in question was the rudest most disgustingly entitled person I have ever been served by and they had an unheard of amount of attitude. These guys regularly block the only wheelchair accessible entrance so that those with physical impairments cannot enter and order. This is unlawful as per the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) (DDA). Do better.
