I ordered Nachos but didn't receive it. According to my order, I asked for Mocha. I was not happy. Two staff explained what I supposedly ordered, I requested a supervisor....he was all apologetic. The girl who took my order didn't read it back for me to confirm nor correct. I refused the free serving because I was not happy.
Upper Mt Gravatt Coffee Club don’t care about allergies - this is the third time this has happened!! Visited this coffee club yesterday, ordered a steak sandwich for my husband - stated NO ONIONS due to allergies - I then asked at the end if my order whether they noted the NO ONIONS.. which I was told yes… sandwich arrived, full of onions!! As it’s happened before, we now check before he starts eating… not worth complaining as they just DONT CARE!!! Photos taken and shown.. they weren’t even interested in looking at them.
For the price they have put up the food is very disappointing. I ordered avo toast, now one would think for 18 dollars, you would at least get a bigger toast. It was absolutely disappointing when the food arrived. Even a child could eat 2 servings and still be left unsatisfied.
Poor customer service so rude old lady manager.
