RecommendedWe have stayed for a few night and the staff has been great and careful with all that's going on very clean rooms and spacious would highly recommend
We had a wonderful stay at The Cody! Demedy was incredibly hospitable from booking through the end of our stay. We stayed during the Covid crisis which is a stressful time for everyone, but that didn’t stop the staff at The Cody from trying to make it the best stay possible. They are waiting four days between guests to put someone else in that room, so the king room we requested was unavailable. The staff at the front desk in the morning were very rude and attempted to steal my personal information. Do not reccomend.
There was a sharp object in one of the beds in a supposedly clean room. I requested 50% off my bill and they refused. They claimed that I planted it in there myself.
We rented a room to celebrate my daughter in-law’s birthday, the customer service was absolutely bar none! I highly recommend THE CODY.
Kenny and the entire staff are amazing. They were always so helpful and had great suggestions on things to do and see. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Cody then look no farther!
made reservations last November with 2 other couples to get rooms together. when we arrived 2 couples on one floor. we were on the other floor. the man at the desk not very pleasant or didnt even act like he cared. not very good customer service
The best hotel on our tour so far. Opulent western style hotel with high quality rooms, facilities and very helpful staff. Almost sorry to have to move on.
