What a wonderful place to live. Great location and close to everything
Very peacefull been here three months no problem ...
If you want to live with bugs, if you want to see a parking fight frequently, if you want to live in a hood place. Just rent this apartment, but if you're smart look around and you'll find a better place for same or better price
Don't rent here only doing a year. You'll be in your apartment and whoever smoking weed you can smell up through the floor
I have lived here for four and a half years . This is a great location, close to everything. The rooms in the apartments are nice size, and yard is kept up to the most part. I have referred several tenants and they seem to enjoy it here also.
The best place I've lived thus far! The office staff and maintenance team really take care of you here! Rent is reasonably priced and the apartments and location is PERFECT if you're wanting a place in the Savannah area! ♡
