New spot is absolutely phenomenal! Nice and bright, clean, spacious and best gym crew around. Amazingly friendly staff and have I mentioned fantastic shakes from the Go Getter Smoothie Bar. Definitely pop in and you'll end up joining!
Great place to work out, it has everything you need. You will get more attention and personal service because the Joe Gworek, the owner, works at the gym. This is not some corporate owned club run by rotating staff members, the owner comes in daily, and the trainers all work with individual members. It's the best decision I made to go there, the personal training sessions are phenomenal down 8 inches in 3 months. I tell all my friends to come join.
This is the gym where I first started to actually starting to get fit and they welcomed me with opened arms. They were able to show me how to lift properly and actually get me where I want to be. I've lost 40 pounds with this gym and I'm so excited to for the new gym to open and get in there to work. Big shout out to Jen, Matt, Brandon and UVA the best staff you can ask for. I've been working with Courtney McDevitt for a couple of months now and I love it. She is tough, which I need, but fun and energetic so the time flies right by. We have some laughs and I'm seeing good results..love her! I recommend to anyone to train with her at The Club!
