Lived there for three years. Moved out December 6th, gave my 30 day notice and transferred to another Lindsey apartment that was closer for work. Today January 22nd I received a bill from a collections agency saying I owed $250. Called the Cliffs to see what it was all the woman could say was they had to replace the carpet, paint and something else. Said I should've recieved something in the mail. Worst customer service ever. I called with an issue and instead of explaining the situation to me in a calm straightforward manner, the guy at the office got really heated and just talked over me, very loudly. I had a horrible experience, the man was very rude.
Holly was very helpful! Will be there soon looking forward to my time at the cliffs
