If I was rich and could pay for houses for every resident that currently lives here, for them not to live here I would thats how bad I believe it is.. most people live here because their either stuck or other places are way worse. So why don’t the Cliffs or even Lindsey management CARE about there residents? Especially in times of needs.. Is the Real question?
if you don't mind handing your money for something you don't owe just to protect your credit rating then go ahead and rent from Lindsey Management. They don't fix apartments when needed and charge you saying you owe but don't send notice so you can verify charges just send to collections to hurt your credit rating. RENTERS BEWARE
I really believe they steal peoples deposit and then some. I know the owners and management wait until time has gone by then hit a person with a credit collection bill to force you to pay and it hits your credit rating forcing you to pay to get off rating. They claim to do things that are covered with deposit and still charge for it extra and claim you did damage you didn't do. Lies Lies lies that is all they do.. RENTERS BEWARE
If you have money to throw away and allow people to steal from you by hitting your credit rating to force to pay what they want then this is the place to rent from. Also, if you want to give them your hard work money and get no repairs done then these are the ones to rent from. Have a stress free life and don't rent from Lindsey Mangement
The Lindsey Management allows the Cliffs to charge for something not owed and they wrongfully charge for things not owed and hit your credit without even sending a bill to show the charges. RENTERS beware and don't be desperate enough to allow this company to steal your money and credit
Beware renters Lindsey Management over charges and won't fix broken items broken. If you want your credit rating damaged then this is the place to rent from. Save your credit and your money and rent somewhere else. Buying is the same price as renting most time and if you have the credit you can get first time homeowners loan. This place will rip you off
Don't rent from Lyndsey apartments because they will charge you for things you don't owe and hit your credit without telling you that you even owe them money to force you to pay so your credit doesn't get hurt and owners allow it to happen. They also DO NOT FIX things that are wrong
RENTER BEWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS YOU DON'T OWE AND THEY WRONGFULLY HIT YOUR CREDIT RATING HOPING TO FORCE YOU TO PAY FOR THOSE CHARGES
Terrible management is complete garbage. Then when we moved out a month later we got a bill from a collection agency saying we owe and additional $250 No notification from the cliffs. Do not live there!!
