This was our 10th year visiting the Cliffhouse. It is consistently, charming , breathtaking views with a vintage laid back California atmosphere. Bring your flip flops and a coffee cup and wake up early to watch the sunrise. Then make your dinner plans right there at the Shoals because you won't find a more romantic or fancy place for dinner and there is no other view you would rather have than this place. If you do leave for dinner, don't leave before the sun sets at the Cliffhouse.
Secluded with wonderful view right on the ocean with surfers riding waves while we ate our delicious lunches. We sat outside in the sun with an umbrella overhead and the food was delicious. Our server, Donna, was wonderful. We will be going back again!
Love this place, we go every year for Christmas,if I say to many nice things people will show up!!! Haha love it tho!!
Awesome views and wonderful sighting. Rooms could use some changes with newer models - bed it hard - the place is old. Parking was small and tight. Staff were friendly - food was slow since there was one person doing everything. Otherwise the view and ocean is beautiful.
Very nice restaurant, we saw Dolphins while having lunch. I had mango chicken salad and clam chowder soup it was delicious.
The scallops were amazing and also the filet. I would definitely go back. The view was spectacular.
