been coming here for years but the last few times were terrible -overpriced drinks and slow service -i brought a group of friends from out of town tonight and the server seemed very distracted and quite rude as well as desperate for tips -keep in mind the included tip on the bill in NOT mandatory - the manager was very nice but i should have never had to request him -so many other places in South Beach to visit
Beautiful place to be ... a lot of fun vibes .... bartenders shirts “thirsty?” “On it!” Waited 30 minutes for someone to notice we had empty drinks. Servers walked by a few times and didn’t bother to ask if we were okay. Bartenders too busy on their phones. Been here for almost 2 hours and only had one drink each! Not the best service in south beach. Wouldn’t recommend at all!
Amazing place, night life is lit, drinks are a little pricy but atmosphere is top notch. Highly recommend
The guy who was at the door when I check in was amazing, he is the difference of the place. He was going out of his way to help every single people in. The lobby, helping with luggage and getting welcoming drinks
Hotel meraviglioso, pulito e spazioso e soprattutto festa, musica e allegria dalle 10 di mattina alle 4 di notte!!
Friendly and helpful staff with room to drink, dance and sit.
