Showed up an hour late after giving me a 11:30-1:00 window. Came at 2 with fast food cups in hand. People have to eat so whatever that didn’t bother me two much at the time. Left cuz I was late picking up my kid cuz they were late. This was the first clean so the deep initial clean. None of my window sills were dusted or wiped. Kitchen counter not touched. Just had Myomi and Angela here and they did a great job of cleaning my house--it sparkles.
It’s so nice to have such a pleasant crew taking care of us. Maddie is so sweet and professional and this week Nyomi joined her. It feels good trusting my home to these ladies. Thanks to The Cleaning Authority. I needed your help and these girls get it done!
Now that we have Laura's team cleaning our house we are very happy and satisfied. Nyomi and Danielle, who have recently come with Laura, have been very good as well. They are definitely more thorough than some of the other cleaners we have had in the past and they are more careful about not breaking things. Broke an item in my house three times. Last time was 2/18. Still waiting for them to reimburse me for it. And they no longer respond to my emails.
I have been using them for almost 5 years. Today I had my house cleaned by Tina and Melinda and they did a great job!

I used the Cleaning Authority Cleaning Services for cleaning our house and I think they are great. They show up on time and yes they are fast but they do a really good job. The girls are pleasant and friendly. We would definitely recommend them for home cleaning on a regular basis.
