I appreciate Cleaning Authority’s reliability, cleaning reminders and willingness to be flexible when we need it. Maria and Ruth (Team #9) were here today and all looks great. My favorite thing? Vacuum cleaner tracks on the carpeting!
Really happy with the service we get from the cleaning authority. They’ve never cancelled on us, they always call if they need to arrive later or earlier in the day than scheduled, and, of course, they do a terrific job. We always request Maria and Alma (team 2). They go above and beyond every time. My kids’ playroom can get a little out of control and they always pick up all the toys and put away the books. Thank you ladies! You make my life so much better!

Team 2, Maria E and Alma A do a fantastic job for us! My wife is delighted to have the consistency of a team who know us and who understand our needs. The couple of times - in over 2 years - that we have had a question or problem, Becky has quickly come over or called and everything was perfectly resolved. We want commend them and recommend them, but we are afraid to because if everyone knew what a good job they do, we might have a trouble staying on their rotation!!
I have used cleaning authority for a couple of years now and the team that cleans my home are awesome. Shannon, Dianne, and Ariel (team 10) were very thorough and efficient and the house was spotless when they finished. I would highly recommend their services and at first I was apprehensive about using a “bigger” company as opposed to an individual but I am totally at ease with these ladies being in my home.
If you get the opportunity to hire The Cleaning Authority - Spring then ask for team #5. Angelica and Maria are the best house keepers you could ask for.
Maria (Team 2) does an excellent job and is very willing to go the extra mile when I ask her to.
