We have used the Cleaning Authority for over a year and it has been a life changer! Every other week team #16 comes and works their magic. This week Tracy, Aryka and Chelsey came and did an exceptional job. We have a large goldendoodle and they were so sweet to greet him and give us time to get him outside. Tracy has cleaned our house multiple times and it always sparkles after the team leaves. We can't thank them enough!
We have used Cleaning Authority for our last two houses. We get great service by terrific people. Claudia and Cirenia are wonderful people who care of our house with special attention to my sons room or anything we may need. Love you guys 💖

Near the end of my initial clean, Becky came by to ensure that everything was done as I expected which confirmed to me that they were about customer satisfaction. Awful !!!! I paid extra for an initial clean and they did a half a*** job ! They clean your house in 2 hours like it’s an office . They don’t think you will notice but they picked the wrong person not to inspect behind them !!!! This is what companies like this do it a about quantity not quality !!! Hire an individual !
Only been using for a few months and so far, I’m impressed. Unlike my old company I know exactly when to expect you. The cleaning of my house has been consistent and my floors are actually being cleaned.
