Terrible experience. Apologize for the long note here, but it's worth reading. Cleaning Authority (EP) cleaned our house twice. The first time was the "deep clean" for $193 (after tax). The cleaners broke our bedroom lamp (without telling us-\-\we had to find it ourselves) and the cleaning was not a satisfactory clean for a "standard" clean let alone a deep clean. We did offer to come to your home and reclean the areas you were unhappy with, per our satisfaction guarantee, but you declined. We apologize about the lamp breaking.
