Terrible experience. Apologize for the long note here, but it's worth reading. Cleaning Authority (EP) cleaned our house twice. The first time was the "deep clean" for $193 (after tax). The cleaners broke our bedroom lamp (without telling us-\-\we had to find it ourselves) and the cleaning was not a satisfactory clean for a "standard" clean let alone a deep clean. We did offer to come to your home and reclean the areas you were unhappy with, per our satisfaction guarantee, but you declined. We apologize about the lamp breaking. She is a total professional and even as her team members change from time to time, their service is always exceptional. Yesterday I met Amber and Hector for the first time and they were wonderful. I absolutely love this company and the service they provide! We get our home cleaned every other week and have always had wonderful outcomes. They make above-and-beyond gestures like folding the blankets and towels in new, fun ways, which makes coming home to a clean home even more exciting!
