We have used The Cleaning Authority of Newtown for almost 2 years. During that time we have always received excellent service. Our team, Sabrina & Brie M have made us feel special. Returning from work on 'cleaning day' feels like walking into a nice hotel! Everything is tidy and smells clean. Not fake cleansing product scent, but a natural subtle scent with nice touches throughout our home. They are always pleasant and friendly and work hard. We have a greyhound and he is comfortable with them. Thank You!
I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend. Casey. Jenn and Jada are great ! They are pleasant and thorough. We feel we can rely on The Cleaning Authority - Newtown for quality and consistency.Their immediate, personal responses to our requests are greatly appreciated. 👍🏠
I started using The Cleaning Authority late 2018 and I've been super happy with them! They are professional and always do a great, thorough job. My usual team of Casey and Jenn are fantastic. This past cleaning I had Cat, Brie, and Sabrina and they did a great job as well. I have nothing but good things to say so far and would recommend to anyone.
I have had teams working in my home for several months now and have been pleased with their efficient work. Each month a team will show up promptly and go right to work; one young lady, Christine, has returned to lead the team each month, most recently with Jada, and Amanda. Thank you girls!
They are great at cleaning and the house always sparkles after they are here. They are trustworthy and have an "alive, positive attitude. They always ask how they could do the job better, is there anything you would like to see done better? I do not see ant grey stars on this FB page but if I did I would say 5 out of 5 stars and please, keep up the great work! Thank you, Brie, Sabrina and Cat!!
Amanda, Lisa, Paige did a great job for me. They are always responsive to my suggestion and always try to do a great job
Best cleaning service hands down! The crew is great! They are very friendly and always asking for feedback to make sure we have the best experience. Really happy with their service and would definitely recommend.
Crystal & Christine are prompt, pleasant, and extremely thorough in keeping my home clean and a pleasure to walk in to after I get home from work; don't know what I'd do without them! thanks team!
