We invited them to our home for estimate and they never followed up with us. I emailed them to ask what's going on to follow-up and they responded with a nasty email. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! THEY ARE ALSO WAY OVERPRICED FOR THEIR SERVICES!

I have recently started to use The Cleaning Authority - Newtown and couldn't be happier. I've only had the Initial Clean A & B but both teams of young woman were great. Very friendly, professional and thorough. They both endured my dog overseeing every step they made. I'd highly recommend their service and I'm extremely happy I decided to go with them.
