While we had a replacement crew yesterday, they did a very thorough and professional cleaning. It’s nice to know that a replacement crew works so hard to maintain the company’s high standards. Thank you Julie and Nicole (team 11) for the great job.
So far so good. We have them coming every other week. They were very accommodating to work me in on Friday's since I am off to be with the dog. They started two weeks ago and they charge a bit more for cleanings one & two, but they are reasonably priced. Looking forward to a long relationship!
Very satisfied with the whole-house, detail cleaning performed by The Cleaning Authority - Grayslake. The staff was very nice to deal with, and the cleaners were exceptional and very personable. I would definitely hire this company again.
Terrible customer service. They never return your calls. There is no way to get in contact with the group. Very disappointed �
Terrible service! My initial clean was supposed to be a deep clean and I came home with spots still on my hardwood floors and my fridge wasn't even wiped down. There was many other issues so I called to speak to manager and didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. The day before my next clean I didn't receive a time frame and I still never heard back from the 3rd time I called. I ended up cancelling the service and will go back to molly maides.
Loved my cleaning crew today. The house looks great and smells great!
