Scheduled cleaning in a timely manner, sent address, offered to let the people park, just asked for a call when they arrived. Explained my cleaning needs to Mary...it was all good. Gave my cc # ahead of time which I don't like to do. Day of close to an hour late. No notice. I had to reach out and got NO satisfaction. They increased my confirmed estimate by $20. Best housekeeping hire to date! I’ve had a number of other housekeepers over the years and the attention to detail here was unmatched. They even made beds and arranged my Son’s 10,000 stuffed animals. Every part of the house was as clean or cleaner than I would do myself. Very impressed with the quality of the clean, the ease of getting my initial quote and scheduling! The value for this service is definitely 5 stars.
