Last night’s spring chicken from Griggstown was the best chicken I have eaten in my entire life. Everyone else loved their meal, too.
Great food. We dined alfresco by the Clinton falls. It smelled of roses in the garden. Shaded too!

Clean Plate is a unique gem in the crown of New Jersey. Time and time again, my wife and I love this restaurant because of it’s culinary variety and it’s friendly, efficient supporting staff. Our last waitress (Bette Davis 😉) was very professional, informative and accommodating. Thank you!
Just had a wonderful dinner, Clean Plate is by far my favorite restaurant in NJ! Every meal has been phenomenal, from starting with hummus and dinners ranging from burgers, crab cakes, salmon, chicken and are all absolutely delicious! The waitstaff is fantastic and accommodating. I have Celiac disease and have never once worried about a meal, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure a safe dining experience. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation to enjoy a great meal!
First time eating lunch. Waitress gave us excellent service, and food was wonderful! We would definitely return. Loved eating on the patio!!
