It housed Warner Brothers for a time in a penthouse suite that included a viewing room and eventually came to be known as an enclave for diamond jewelers, many of whom are still thriving on the lower floors of the building! Honestly, this place is great. The security staff are always friendly (especially Taranique) and attentive. Carlos in maintenance does a great job, and the views from the apartment are stellar. Noise insulation is also excellent due to this being an older building. PMC Property Group has been hands off in the best way possible, I’ll update this review if this changes.

Operated by PMC Property Management. Google search and see reviews under that search before renting here. Would avoid PMC at all costs. Additionally, after living in this building for two years recently at the time of this review, It’s basically a college dorm now… abundant amount of college students in case that’s an issue to those reading. The deck upstairs basically is a place for weed smoking and college parties.
Beware: Deposit fraud. Stay away.
Beautiful building and great location. That said, when you one has to move, often the most telling part of the experience is the interaction with property management staff. My experience exceeded all of my expectations. A job opportunity presented itself to me and I needed to find an apartment in short order; in less than one month actually.
