If Greed has a name...it's PMC Property owned Clark Building. They have removed weekend concierge service entirely to increase profits. Mail piles up, packages open and mail room 100% accessible to anyone who wishes to enter. Also, major Bug problem here. Moths as well as little black bugs.
I was with PMC for 2 years and never had an issue. But when I moved into this building, the problems started. During my 1-year lease, the A/C and heater barely worked. I filed many complaints... I spent winter without proper heat and summer without A/C, and at night it often didn’t work at all. Despite this, I was still charged an extra $80+ a month for a service that was never properly provided.
