I’m rounding up from 3.5 stars but overall I have loved living at the Clark. As other reviews note, what makes this apartment 10/10 is the location- walking distance to the lake, coffee shops, restaurants, workout studios, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s… you really can’t beat the location! The building is also extremely clean (hallways always smell like a hotel!) and the staff is very kind and helpful. The units have really nice finishes too. Love the place so far. Great staff, nice amenities. Only con is the elevator can be pretty slow
I moved into The Clark in 2022 and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the day I walked into The Clark for a tour, to now, the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience with The Clark was seamless. Aside from the staff and unbeatable location, The Clark is the most well kept building I have ever lived in. A big thank you to The Clark staff for their dedication to making this building feel homey and safe.
