I love this property and friendly staff.
From the tour to move-in, everything was seamless. The leasing office is professional and welcoming.
Recently moved into The Clark. To this point I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The front desk group of Iman and Sammi are true professionals that made it a very easy move in process. I have had to request maintenance for my sink and it was fixed the next day with a hand written note recap of the repairs. Overall it has been a great 1st month!
In my experience... I’ve been living at The Clark Apartments for about a year now, and overall, it has been really good. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend to someone looking for a calm life in a lovely area. The price is pretty much in line with what you’d expect around here. Moving from Reno to Austin I was looking for a place that had a community that felt like home and The Clark absolutely delivered that for me. From Iman helping me to get into my space to Mike and Ben being so accommodating when it came to maintenance inside my unit. All and all this has been a positive experience with incredible amenities! I would certainly consider The Clark if you want to be downtown without feeling like you ARE downtown!
