Great Apartment in a great location. Short walking distance to downtown, and close proximity to great spots in Clarksville, WholeFoods, Trader Joe's, and LifeTime. Good aminities, and great staff. Iman in leasing office is always eager to help, and always with a positive attitude!
I am writing this review because I am currently being wrongfully charged rent past my lease end date, which clearly states June 2, 2026. I have been a resident at The Clark in Austin since June 2, 2021—five years. While no apartment complex is perfect and there were maintenance issues and delays over the years, I generally overlooked them because I liked the location. Megan & Iman were amazing tour guides. They were so great and answered all of my questions. They made the tour so enjoyable and I am definitely considering living here after their tour. Thank you!
I enjoy the location and the quality of my apartment. The staff has been the best part working here though. Always going above and beyond to help me when I've asked.
Can’t speak highly enough about the Clark. Have lived in multiple other apartments throughout Austin and this is by far the best. Great location, amenities, layout of units and overall ease of living. Iman made the process very seamless + has helped address any questions/requests throughout the process.
