The ladies in the rental office are the best. From the initial inquiries,to the move in, Bianca, and Bri were very professional, kind, helpful. They go above and beyond to help make the process smooth.
Loving, caring, and and full of fun. They give cookouts for Clairmont. Food drive for all people's. They set a good positive example of what caring for people should look like. Thumbs up.to Clairmont Manager and Staff members, yauh are the bomb and best in my eye sight. Keep up the great work. Yauh are OUTSTANDING.
From my application to move in, my experience has been great. The leasing agent Bianca made everything smooth and easy. Keeping in touch while I had to wait for info to come back or answering back promptly when I had any questions. When Bianca couldn’t be reached, Bree was great help as well. I definitely recommend speaking with either one of them
I got approved for an apartment here....but never moved in. RENTER BEWARE!!!! So for some strange reason they kept pushing my move in date back like three or four times! First off that was frustrating in itself...had to make plans and cancel all those times. When I finally got a real move in date went and signed the lease got the keys. My time was wasted twice on two separate instances due to a lack of professionalism and communication. On both occasions, I scheduled appointments in good faith and rearranged my schedule accordingly. Unfortunately, in each instance, the appointment was either mishandled or not honored, resulting in unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
