Lived here for 2years and the lease increased 20% in one year, 300.00 dollars in one year. Be aware of this business. Find another apt. There is not a 24 hour concierge, or a 24 hour gym; it was locked without alerting the tenants.

The Citron is a great community. Never have I been at a place that was this inclusive and encourages you to get to know your neighbors. Highly recommended!
We are, unfortunately, leaving in January because of a job transfer. But, our seven months at Citron have been pretty extraordinary. It's a unique and wonderful place!
