Sarah with the amazing massage and Jordon did a beautiful job on my paws and toes!! All the staff were amazing from the welcoming lady I met on the elevator who escorted me to the spa check in to the lovely lady checking me out at the end of my extraordinary experience! Thank you so much for a great day at your spa! And thank you to my husband who made that all happen!! :)
Great place to stay , the new decor is a little cold , I preferred the old decor . But still a lovely place to stay
I just want to share how awesome Jasmine handled the extremely rude guest checking in in front of me this evening!!! Jasmine maintained the utmost professionalism and true composure as an entitled Hilton Honors member hurled insults at Jasmine for doing her job (the woman's multiple cards were being declined) but because she was going to reach gold status I guess she thought that exceptions should be made. The Hilton Columbus at Easton is a beautiful hotel and the staff is wonderful. The location is perfect for shopping, dining, and just hanging out. The accommodations are very comfortable, clean, and relaxing.
The entire staff offered professional, courteous service. The room was clean, well-designed and extremely comfortable. A+ experience and I will definitely stay again.
