Do not rent from the Christensen Company. They are incompetent, unorganized, unhelpful, and unprofessional. If I could have given them a negative rating, I would have. As a tenant, I was appalled at the way tenant-management relations were handled and would not recommend to anyone. They swindle poor, hardworking college kids out of their money; and frequently break the regulations outlined in the lease.
