My husband and I were on a day date and went to the mall. Our plan was some pre Christmas shopping then he wanted to wine and dine me and see how things went from there. Recommendeda safe place to shop with a variety of stories and friendly workers all throughout the mall.
Very bad customer service. If there is an issue with orders they take weeks to help or provide a solution. I would not recommend to anybody. Why would you have online orders if you are unable to assist with issues in a timely manner. I am not about to wait 10-15 for you to address my issue. They have kissed me as a customer. I spend good money here especially during back to school! Manager in store in the Cumberland mall area lack compassion and relatability.
