We did some Father Days shopping at Sears & JcPenny' s an got some GREAT sales an the cashiers where so nice. SAVED LOTS OF MONEY AN GOT LOTS OF GREAT GIFTS Then lunch at Red Robins we brought our service dog in a stroller an you guys where amazing to us. FOOD WAS FANTASTIC .... YUMMMMM.. So good I wish I could remember our waitress she was on top of everything. Never asked for refiles or bottomless fries, she always had a pleasant smile an seem to enjoy her job. This one looks like on of those soon to be a dead mall.
Sears has the worse customer service there's always a long line not enough employees to assist customers one employee actually told me the employee turn around is so bad they don't like to work their always on their cell phones Instead of helping customers I said well fire them and hire people who want to work ..Wont shop Sears again things need to change there
