I had a very disappointing experience at this Children’s Place location last night due to the manager’s behavior. I attempted to return an online order and was told I couldn’t simply because it was placed at another store. This was especially frustrating because when I picked up the order, I specifically asked if I could return it at a different store if the items didn’t fit and was told yes. This place is very clean and organized. The service is very good right when you enter the store. Also the employees are always offering to help you.

Horrible service at this location on Flagler street. I went to make a return from an online order and the cashier called the store manager - as it appeared- who started screaming saying that the clothes had been used , arguing with me. I proceeded to explain that it was received the same way it was being return and with the tag- they just lost a customer! This is very poor management and business- the customer is always right. The cashier then proceeded to help another person without completing my return.

Horrible customer service, store workers completely ignore the shoppers. It felted like they can't wait to clock out and go home.
